Every product is sold and shipped by an independent, verified seller. If your cart has products from more than one shop, they arrive in separate packages.
Shipping is Rs. 200 per shop, and free when you buy Rs. 2,500 or more from the same shop. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.
You can cancel a package from your order page until the seller confirms it.
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery from the order page. The seller reviews the request; once approved, send the item back to the seller's address shown on your order. After the seller receives it, we refund you to your bank account or mobile wallet.
If a seller rejects your return unfairly, contact support and we will step in.
